Getting Started with AceTennis

Step 1: Upload Your Tennis Video

1. Navigate to the video analysis page
2. Click "Upload Video" button
3. Select your tennis video file (MP4, MOV, AVI formats supported)
4. Wait for the upload to complete

Step 2: Start Analysis

1. Once uploaded, click "Start Analysis"
2. Our AI will process your video and analyze your tennis technique
3. Analysis typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on video length

Step 3: Review Results

1. View your detailed analysis report
2. Check your UTR and NTPR ratings
3. See which professional player your style matches
4. Review improvement suggestions

Step 4: Share and Track Progress

1. Share your analysis results with coaches or friends
2. Save your analysis for future reference
3. Upload more videos to track your improvement over time

Tips for Best Results

• Good Lighting: Ensure your video has clear, well-lit footage
• Full Body Shot: Include your entire body in the frame
• Multiple Strokes: Record various types of shots (forehand, backhand, serve)
• Stable Camera: Use a tripod or stable surface for recording
